American Indoor Air Quality Council Certified Indoor Environmentalist Sept 19th to Sept 24 2004 Certification # 01952:
Certification by the American IAQ Council as a Council-Certified Indoor Environmentalist requires documented and verified field experience in addition to study time for a difficult exam. The best certified Florida mold inspectors are American IAQ Council certified. "Don't be someone else's learning curve, hire a professional certified by the American IAQ Council". The Indoor Environmentalist certification is by far one of the most difficult to obtain, and one of the most respected certifications in the industry. Any owner, manager, or employee of a company actively engaged in an IAQ related discipline is eligible to take CIE exam, provided that the individual meets the following minimum qualifications: A high school diploma or GED, PLUS: Either 2 years experience in a field related to the IAQ industry, or post secondary education with at least 15 science credits. A minimum of one (1) year documented field experience conducting indoor air quality investigations is required.

Mc Crone Research Institute Certified Fungal Spore Analysis Aug 29th to Sept 2nd 2005 The McCrone Research Institute (McRI) is an Illinois not-for-profit corporation, located in Chicago, that is dedicated to teaching and research in applied microscopy. The Institute is fully equipped with more than 100 polarized light and other light microscopes, as well as a scanning electron microscope, FTIR microscopes, hot and cold stages, and all of the accessories, reagents, and library resources necessary for critical industrial, forensic and practical microscopy. Each year over 700 students attend the week-long courses taught by the Institute staff. We have taught over 22,000 students from every imaginable field of interest. Most of the courses are taught in our permanent Chicago location, but some 10 - 20 courses a year are taught on-site at host organizations in government, industry and academia.

July 27th 2004 What is the CRI Program? The NAHI Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI) program is a certification that is earned. The designation is given only to home inspectors who demonstrate their advanced knowledge of, and proficiency at, all aspects of a home inspection. In order to become a NAHIT Certified Real Estate Inspector (CRI), one must take an exam given at various times and places throughout the year. In addition, NAHI CRI participants must maintain annual continuing education credits and undergo an annual review of completed home inspection reports to remain in the program.

Negative pressure combined with builder related defects caused hot humid outdoor air to be pulled into wall voids where it condensed and created stachybotrys mold infestations and strong moldy odors. 6-8-05
The 10,000 square foot Palm Beach mansion of a famous singer. Excessive humidity was coming in from outside, also allergens other than mold were being pulled in from the attic and crawl space, they appeared to result in allergic reactions in two family members. 11-28-05
Eighty thousand (80,000) square foot government building in the Caribbean, it was contaminated with stachybotrys mold hidden in nearly all of it's 18 massive air handler closets due to prolonged roof leaks. 4-19-03 to 4-21-03
