Experiencing illness or moldy odors that make you feel that you have an isolated mold problem? A basic mold inspection on a home or office is $100.00 for each sample taken. Total fees are typically $400.00 to $600.00. This option is best for an inspection of just one or two rooms that are suspected of having a mold problem. The mold inspection consists of a complete in-depth visual inspection of accessible areas by an experienced Florida mold inspector. Several samples are taken, including an outdoor control sample. Our mold inspectors use outdoor samples to find out if indoor mold spore levels are typical for the area or if they are concentrated and unusually high in your home. Our fee includes spore analysis, the mold testing report and the mold remediation protocol. If needed and only with your permission), additional samples may be obtained for an additional fee. 

Standard Mold Inspection -
If several areas of mold growth and or moisture stains are present in your home and you want the entire home inspected you may need standard mold testing conducted for all readably accessible rooms of your residence. This applies to properties measuring around 2000 sf or less. The fee is $200.00 for the mold inspection of the entire home and $100.00 for each sample taken (three to eight samples will typically be sampled for analysis). The cost is around $500.00 to $1,000.00, which includes spore analysis, the lab report, as well as the mold inspectors report and the mold inspection protocol or remediation recommendations.

Extensive Mold Inspection - Includes 11 to 20 Samples and up.
More samples are sometimes taken, and more time is spent on the inspection of larger properties.  Such properties often include larger homes and mansions and most commercial buildings. Typically 10 to 20 samples are taken at a fee of $100 per sample. fees for such properties are often around $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 or more. Allergen Testing
1.) Allergen testing can be done for dust sampled utilizing ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immuno Sorbet Assay). Tests include types and levels of allergens produced by cats, dogs, dust mites, mice, rats, German cockroaches, and Oriental cockroaches. The fee for allergen sampling is $125.00 per sample. It is necessary that you let us know ahead of time if you want allergen testing to be conducted. 

Speciation
2.) We also offer speciation to identify the species of molds and bacteria collected at the property. This is done using viable fungal cultures or viable bacteria cultures collected with an Andersen impactor plate like sampling device or even using speciation by very advanced Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). This is recommended in instances where your doctor has found and identified very specific fungal infections in your body and your doctor needs to know if the fungal or bacterial organisms in your property are the same as the ones growing in your body. 

Indoor Air Quality Testing
