Your local inspector performs inspections and mold testing in compliance with the standards of practice set forth by the Indoor Environmental Standards Organization. Since we function as an independent south Florida mold inspection firm and not as a remediation firm, we have no conflict of interest. Protecting your health is our only concern.
What We Do
Call us to schedule a Florida mold inspection. It can usually be done within a few days or a week of your call. Allow at least 2.5 to 3.5 hours for a typical residential mold inspection, more for most commercial mold inspections. Plan to attend at least the start of the inspection if at all possible.
It typically takes around 1 week from the time of inspection for you to receive your report.
Our Florida mold inspector report form consists of a comprehensive 15 to 30 page computer-generated narrative report. Narrative reports are preferred to checklist reports because they are more informative and easier to read. We use the MIR mold inspection report system that we created and sell to inspectors across the nation.
We provide information on both our visual findings and our interpretations of the lab results, putting the lab numbers and scientific mold names in the inspection report into perspective for you.
