Moisture detection is always important on any mold inspection, however humidity testing and diagnosis is extremely important during many Miami Dade area inspections.

 

While most Miami Dade County mold inspectors offer moisture and humidity testing some inspectors are experienced and some are inexperienced. Even companies that specialize in leak detection, mold inspections, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, roofing inspections, and even specialized leak detection, can miss the source of your leak or humidity problem if they are not experienced.
 

If the cause and origin of the moisture or humidity that caused your mold problem is not properly diagnosed then it cannot be resolved at the root.
